About

Currently based in Wakefield, QC, Judith Klassen and Simon Neufeld have played music together since 1997.  With their four hands and two throats, they combine guitars, viola, glockenspiel, violin, banjo, and voices.  Their debut self-titled Compact Disc drew comparisons to Low, Iron and Wine, and Yo La Tengo.  CBC’s New Music Canada said “Judith and Simon have a certain musical chemistry and the end result is exquisitely simple.”

Judith also plays viola in The Decomposers – a string quintet plus drums playing instrumental arrangements (decompositions) of rock classics.

Simon also plays guitar in Lac Vertigo – shoegazey dreamscapes mostly about ghosts.
